I let my subscription lapse because I wasn’t getting many messages, but I would check my page every once in awhile. I was notified that I had a message so I paid for another term of the subscription, but there was no message when I went to check the message. I have been on several dating apps, and this one is the Worst by far!! Most of the Men are fraudulent liars and scammers, plus the app hardly shows you matches in your area! Always Men from across the country..long distances away! The app is also outdated with no updates to type nor the option to use current emojis available on all phones presently. I wasted my money on this app.. most free dating apps are far better than this one! They should be ashamed to even charge for such a bad outdated app . A very bad experience with BPM.. a waste of time and money..Trust Me..ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Almost paid for a subscription, but I can’t sign in on the app.. changed my password twice and still says incorrect, but works on website.. waste of time.

I’m trying to change my profile info and it won’t let me. I’m also on the Our Time app and it let me do edits.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. THEY LOCK YOU OUT YOUR ACCT FOR WEEKS WHERE YOU CAN NOT LOGIN. CUSTOMER SERVICE HANGS UP ON YOU AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND BY THE GRACE IF THEY DONT HANG UP THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO HELP YOU BECAUSE ITS OUTSIDE THEIR DEPT AND CANT ESCALATE YOUR PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN LOCKED OUT OF AN ACCOUNT I PAID MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR AND NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHING.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve reported them to the BBB. I’m tired of this app crashing and the site. Nothing has been done and I would like a refund.

I agree with most of the reviews. I am thinking of giving online dating a break but kept seeing the BPM commercials so decided to give this a try. It is the WORST online site of all the ones I’ve tried. I have been on Match, POF, and Bumble and I would recommend all of them over this. I just downloaded the app yesterday and I already cannot log on. I was using the app then it just automatically logged me out and I can’t log back in and have to use the website which isn’t very user friendly especially from a phone. I’m upset I paid for this. Please save your money and use a useful app!
