It won’t count any of my messages because it tells me I need to turn off ad-blocker. I promise you I don’t have an blocker and this is making me very annoyed. Please fix this immediately.

I’ve sent plenty of messages and it’s not even counting them because it says I have an ad blocker on but I don’t! Also says error when I try joining live chats

Starting to bug me that it’s not counting my messages when I DONT have an adblocker! Fix this or you’re going to lose people using your app!

I downloaded this app many, many weeks ago but it won't let me use it properly. I keep getting a pop up saying to turn off ad blocker though I don't use an ad blocker. Because of this it does not count the messages I send or receive. I sent an email explaining the situation and they said that it was a problem they would need to address in the next update but so far there's no update. I'm hoping it will be soon because otherwise I plan to delete the app.
