Inexplicably Doesn’t support Keiser m3i

Seems cool but for some unknown reason doesn’t work with the M3i, their other app does so sorta strange.
Never works right
stopped laughing while driving
I don’t get it. I try the tool kit and the app crashes after 2 seconds. Scans for devices and doesn’t find all of them. This has been a problem since day one. I stopped using it for a while and decided to sign back up and same thing everything crashes and fails. I could not be more disappointed. I emailed the company because they provide no phone number and they said lower the resolution. Didn’t fix anything.

After email in December stating that they were going stop selling their trainers and focus on their riding simulator. It does not appear that much has been done still the same old simulator... plenty on issue that their competitors just don’t seem to have. Connectivity and accuracy with trainers still plague the platform. And when you reach out for help you wait days for an email that just simple states: “Thank you for your concern. Please send us more.” That we answer .. oh boy!! What a bugger!!!
