Private key incomplete

I can’t send my bitcoin simpler because the private key I was sent on the machine isn’t a complete one and it says it’s incomplete on the application. How do I get the private key. Your customer care never attend to customers

Do not use this wallet. I recently received a deposit into my wallet and for some reason there was no private key once it posted. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact support but they have no interest in helping me with my issue. Most of the time they don’t even respond to my emails and when they do they are very condescending with their responses, acting like it’s my fault. I have over $600 in bitcoin that I am unable to use because their app had some sort of malfunction with my transaction. The coins are showing in my wallet but I am unable to transfer, sell, or use them. STAY AWAY!

Good BIP-49 support, bad change behavior

Excellent SegWit support with BIP-49. Due to a misinterpretation of how change addresses work, I can’t spend my entire wallet funds in one transaction. BitWallet doesn’t sum and doesn’t show in an integrated way the funds I have on regular and change addresses. This makes it not very useful because of the high fees of having to do multiple transaction. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Seriously cannot say enough good things about this application. Its ease of use and functionality provide users with an intuitive means of setting up or even restoring crypto wallets. Development team seems to be adding features left and right and as of the time of this review they support BTC BCH and LTC wallets compatible with various formats. You can choose the fee you wish to pay in a transaction very easily (but the app also provides guidelines with how much to pay for a given confirmation time). EXCELLENT APP ALL AROUND.
