I spent 5 dollars purchasing bitizenship and it took money out of my account but it’s saying I still have the regular version. Please help I am extremely let down and did not expect this from this app smh.

I honestly love this game so so much and I play it all the time. The only thing I can’t figure out is the horse ranch. I’m have bitizenship, but I still can’t access the horse ranch. I’d love to see a reason why you can’t access it when you click on it. Overall, this game is absolutely amazing and I play it every single day!
