Transferred Bitcoin to Bitcoin cash. Transaction took forever and I thought I lost all my money. Now I’m trying to sell it and it will not send completely. Hate this app.

Don’t use this app !

black cat coin

Update 3/6: It’s now been 4 months that my bitcoin has Been seized up in this app !! Please if you read this .. stay away from this app ! I have used a dozen other apps for buying and selling crypto currency and have had no issues. All I get is the same response from Freewallet tech support “it takes time” Just refund my bitcoin not asking for anything more !! Update 2/19: Its now been 90 days since I initiated a transaction on to this wallet and still not funded. They keep telling me they will process and it takes time but even the site states “all cross chain transactions will be settled in ninety days” !! Update 2/7 : its almost been 90 days and I still have not received a refund for an incomplete transaction ! Be careful using this app. !! See chain below for all the details. I transferred over $700 to this app over a month ago and have nothing to show for it. Support keeps sending general updates asking for more time. Then tech support sent me an email where they changed a few letters on the my bitcoin address and told me I made a mistake and sent the money to the wrong address. Guess these guys don’t think I can check the history on the transfer. Long story short Im starting to hear similar story's from other people and Im think this app may be scamming people out of money. I sent a screen shot of my address and of the transaction that match exactly so we will see what they come back with. As requested, I updated my user ID (BlackCatCoin33). Please return my funds its been over six weeks now. Once my funds are returned in full, I will update my review. Update: It has been over 45 days since I transferred funds into this coin wallet and still no sign of my funds. This is beyond ridiculous. I do not need any more excuses just my money returned to me please. 2nd update: free wallet support sent the response below and they were incorrect my address is exactly the same as the address I sent the funds. A screen shot of the blockchain transaction as well as my free wallet address were sent in response almost a month ago. Response from Free Wallet Support: ———————-////// Hello Enigma, Seems there was a mistake in the address. You address is 1tFwUYLKMmeSix9ArNinitNuiK1QbQrjz, but you sent BTC to 1tFwUYLKMmeSix9ArNinitNuiK1QbQrjZ. We're afraid your transaction has already been posted on the network, it cannot be reversed now. This is how blockchain works:all transactions are irreversible. If a transaction fails, it will be returned to the wallet it has been sent from, but if it is successfully accepted by the network, there is no way to cancel it. Sorry about it! Please be careful next time. Best regards, Freewallet Support Team ———————————///////// 3rd update The latest response makes no sense I sent my coins to my coin wallet address from this app. Judging by the other responses in the reviews, free wallet must be sitting on millions in unprocessed transfers. Question is, are they getting the interest on all those coins and is that why they are so slow to respond with refunds. I can’t seemed to get a straight answer on when and how my refund will be processed so it looks like I am going to need to seek legal council as well to try to force the issuance of a refund for the thousands this company refuses to release back to me. 4th update This has been going on for a really really long time now. 1) The coins were sent to the correct address: (1tFwUYLKMmeSix9ArNinitNuiK1QbQrjZ) in this coin wallet that was set up for me and has not been funded with the coins from my other coin wallet. 2) The coins were sent via another non free wallet coin wallet that belongs to me so it is not an off-chain transaction. Their is a record showing unspent funds to my free wallet address. 3) Please have someone send some sort of reassurance that this will be handled. I can assure you I will not forget about my coins that are sitting in limbo in you app! 4) Its been almost sixty days so my next action will be to seek out others that are also missing coins and work with legal counsel to retrieve missing coins that are being held by this company.
