I've been waiting for ages for this app. Thanks for the initiative. Features that I like the most: 1. Finger print sign-in. Super easy. 2. Ability to choose "outstanding amount" for credit card payments. Makes it easier to pay out credit. However, the app is slow. It's clearly an HTML based webpage rendered in an iOS wrapper. I'm guessing Phone Gap maybe? I expect a more native solution from a well established bank like BisB. One quirk regarding the fingerprint. Whenever I tap the fingerprint icon, I'm redirected to "new user" registration. I have to then go back manually and try again. Then it works. Overall, the app has making my mobile banking experience smoother. Thanks.

Very rigid App. Has a long way to go. Slightest error eventually blocks the app, asking to reach call Centre, which is another nightmare, rendering the App IMO as useless. Can be very unreliable.

Great mobile banking with it had no issues except sometimes it log off while processing transaction sometime and recent update it takes ages for the app to transfer to the log in page

The app is not even starting, and if it happens to start then all I get is a screen with code.
