I've used this app for years but it has started freezing and won't let you in to manage your Birthdays so I have deleted it again

A ad popped up for a card pack and I accidentally clicked on it and my thumb was on the fingerprint. I then went to the restore purchases and it clicked on it and nothing happened. Please help me or restore my purchase.
