Within the Greater China Club you will find Man Hing, a Cantonese cuisine restaurant and Cadenza, a sultry Italian restaurant with an elegant and sophisticated lounge bar, providing like-minded, talented and successful individuals with an elite, salon-style experience.
Aside from those outlets within the Greater China Club, Bird Kingdom Group operates three more restaurants, Umai and Rustico, which are to be found in Lai Chi Kok.

Bird Kingdom Group is headed and run by Mr. Eric Ting who has an invaluable wealth of experience in the Hong Kong Food & Beverage industry. His sixteen years experience working in 5 star premium hotels led him to join JC Group, where under his leadership and strong business aptitude he was integral in making JC Group one of Hong Kong's leading F&B management companies.
Eric’s energetic, focused and indomitable passion for life and opportunity was able to successfully influence a joint venture with Tokyo based Inakaya to open their first restaurant outside Japan, Inakaya Robatayaki, which is located in ICC on the 101st floor.
