I am amazed by how biorhythms affect so many aspects of your life. I have gone through my normal daily routine and then checked what my levels were for the day. I just might start using it to plan my activities following my predicted biorhythms for the chosen day.

I live with my long time girlfriend and her sister. The ability to AVERAGE all three of us is great !!! Used a lot of these program for many years - all the way back to versions in basic - and this is by far the easiest, fastest, in doing exactly what it's supposed to!

This is a very good program to view and work with biorhythms. It is also updated now and then ... which means the developers take their program seriously.

I'm using it to help me plan my schedule. This way I won't plan to do physically active work until my chart shows that I'm in the positive position. The same thing is true with mentally challenging tasks.
