A fine game of strategy.

Fun. But stupid.

I've had my patients body functions all the way to 0, except for 1, and they still make a full recovery. Kidneys fail, lungs fail, 2 STD's, immune system shut down; and they still recover.

Reckless in the Midwest

I tried to purchase bio-coins and it would confirm the in-app purchase, yet the game wouldn't add the new purchase to the current total. Yet when I tried to purchase more it said that I couldn't and it would be restored again for free, and yet again it would fail to add the coins to my current total.
