App is worthless

I really enjoyed this game but twice now, it failed to load and I lost all my accumulated bingos and “monies”. Also, I had made it through San Francisco but again last night, it would not load and today it loaded but I lost my 400+ bingo credits and have to start over again in the Hollywood room. Done with this app!

I had just payed to add more power ups and stars to pay for the games. The apple did an update and wiped all of them out. I had over 1000 stars, 15000 or so gold coins and around 200 power ups...gone! I've emailed them 3 times and no answer yet. I'd quit but I'd want a refund!
