Freezes up and shuts off and shuts me out of the game sometimes for hours sometimes for days.i really like the game.but would like to play without it crashing. You lose balls and power ups .and mini games.please fix this problem!!!!!

I love bingo story and it is a great game . So great that I have purchased power ups because you need them. Yesterday I made two separate purchases for 9.99 which I received with no problems. However I purchased the sale special which was 49.99$ and was immediately charged and billed. The problem with this purchase was I did not receive any of the items that I paid for. I have reached out to support and I have not been contacted . I either want my money back or what I paid for to be credited to my account on the game. Overall the game is great but support is not good at responding. This issue should be fixed.

Definitely the worst game I have ever played! Never gave you any of the rewards when you leveled up! You had to pay for everything! Bingos were extremely difficult to get. By far the worse! What a scam!
