The last two days I have played this game, the game crashes and takes away my instant bingo star I had played as well as the other power ups I had used. But it didn’t give me credit for the actual bingo I had won. This is so frustrating

I like the game but it gets called to and then it doesn’t give you your bingo when you get it. It takes to long to answer it. Fix the problem or you will have a lot of people quitting

Loved the game but lately it will not connect. The game says it needs an internet connection, I have an internet connection but the game will not pick up on it! Please fix this issue!! Thank you!!! I would hate to delete this game!!

Continue to get “error code 1000” game loads but when I try to play I get the error code 1000. I’ve tried deleting the game & shutting down my iPad & reloading game but it still is not working. No way to contact support.

Something is wrong with this app. When I tried to get on it, I keep getting this Code 1000 General Error Occurred. I even defeated the app and when I reinstalled it, I still get that error. I have this game on my iPhone and my iPad. Can you solve the problem for me

I have been playing for a long time with no problems until the last update. Now, the game takes my chips and gives me the cards but doesn’t display the numbers called. This has happened many many times. I have tried to notify by going to the help window and even tried sending emails but it always comes back OOPS ERROR CODE. I have tried reloading and lost my rank and all my power plays and chips. I wouldn’t get this game until all the kinks are worked out from last update.

Ever since I updated my game I am having all kinds of issues. I lost 13 of my all ready acquired puzzle pieces on Kate Downton puzzle. Now I have used most of my auto bingos so I will not be able to complete the puzzle. Also the game is hesitating then putting up a bunch of numbers at once. Can’t always keep up so I’m losing points for missed numbers. I hope this problem is solved soon. It is very frustrating!!! I figure the game owes me about 600 tickets and 200 power ups because of what I’ve lost not getting puzzles and all of the “missed numbers”. Please fix this game!!!
