What's the point of a daily bonus you can't collect?

The bingo game itself works pretty well most of the time. Every day I try to log in and collect my bonus but it always claims I have no internet connection. Same goes with trying to collect a gift from a friend. You can send but you can't receive. Too frustrating to try anymore.

I keep getting a WARNING sign and am unable to get to the game. This has been going on for weeks now. I did love this game but not so much anymore!

There is something seriously wrong with this app. Early last month, the game could not connect to the server. I contacted Targa twice to report the problem, but I've never heard back from them. I ended up deleting this app and reloaded it today. After opening it up today, I still get an error. This game will not open. I'm sure by now I've lost my 3+ thousand points I had accumulated. This is all very sad, because Bingo Bango was my most favorite bingo game ever. Please Targa Tech Support, get your app back in working condition.

I've been locked out for over a week now. What's the deal?? I have now been locked out for more than 2 weeks. Is it now time to get rid of this game ? I would be very sad to lose this game but it's now just taking up space!!

It's a very fun game with one very serious problem.. It doesn't work... You simply cannot connect for no apparent reason. If it happens to work then you'll love it, but the company needs to get its act together and fix this connectivity error already.
