Rewards don’t work

I have contacted Bing “support” a few times for issues. Twice in the last two weeks. I’ve told them the issues…clicking on a reward page goes to the wrong page and doing the quizzes doesn’t give you points (even after five tries). All I get are stupid, condescending replies. There is something wrong and they don’t care and do nothing. Tired of wasting my time with this app.
Used to have a simple/clean UI but not anymore!

I don’t like watching the news. I don’t like reading the news. I don’t like seeing the news. I don’t care about the news. No matter who is president. So can you guys please give me the option to remove the new from my Bing UI forever? Otherwise I will stop using Bing as my search engine. I’ve used Bing since it came out. Bing’s current UI/UX is not really good. And it became annoying when news became 2/3 of the screen. Too much news on the screen. I just want a search bar and the Bing image of the day and that’s it. Simple isn’t it.
