No se puede retirar dinero

Le envié a un familiar dinero, y mi familiar no lo pudo retirar. La aplicación pide el número de CURP pero siempre dice que es inválido. Se llamo a servicio al cliente para ayuda, pero solo dijeron que sigan intentando. Así que el dinero ahí está en la aplicación sin poder usarlo. Me hubiera encantado que esta aplicación sirviera correctamente.

Todo iba bien con billmo hasta que últimamente como por ejemplo ayer el dólar estuvo a 20.40 y me lo tomaron en 19.30 es un gran y barato precio si mandas 100 dls ya perdiste más de 100 pesos están abusando demasiado con el tipo de cambio y te pican los ojos que vale 99 centavos el envío pierdes mucho más por enviarlo con ellos debido al tipo de cambio estoy muy desilusionada por esto y ya no lo ocuparé más no lo ocupes sales perdiendo más!!!
