App won’t unlock

I paid to unlock all the books in this app and none unlocked. Can’t find anyway to reach out to support for help. Really disappointed
Junk - DO NOT BUY

This app is a scam. When you try to buy it - spending $12, once you get charged nothing happens, nothing is unlocked. Tried it on two devices and no difference. I’m surprised Apple allow such junk to be in the App Store. BTW, if you buy this app you are going to spend a lot of time trying to get your money back.

I paid the $11.99 to unlock all the books & it never dowloaded. I tried going to the developer website, it is not in service. Don’t waste your money. I tried contacting Apple after I received their email thanking me for my purchase, have never received a reply. Don’t waste your time and money.

Very disappointing! The ap has no sound, even though it says the children will pronounce the words in both languages.

Spanish Words are spoken too quickly and not repeated. Making it difficult to learn proper pronunciation.

My 6 year old loved this until we paid for it. Then "drag the box" didn't work. We want to love this! Please Send update or instructions. Also, we paid $2.99 for an additional book then decided to get them all. No price difference. Refund on the 2.99, or is this buyer beware? Thanks
No sound after buying

The app worked fine before I purchased it, now there is no sound rendering the app useless. Tried to go to website for help and cannot find a help link. Nor can I find any buttons in the app for sound or help. Very frustrated. Will up the stars when my money is well spent. Someone from company please reach out to me.
