Trophy rewards?

I’ve tried contacting someone on many occasions and have not heard anything back yet, but my question is about the trophy rewards in the “duel” portion of the game. How is it determined about how many trophies are won or lost after every matchup? It seems that when I win a matchup I’m given very few trophies, for example 6 or 17. When I lose a matchup I seem to lose a lot of trophies, for example, 35 or 47. It doesn’t seem to be determined on the strength of the opponents bike that they are using so how exactly is it determined for the trophies won and lost.

This used to be an amazing game but now to get the normal courses you have to pay 30 bucks a month that’s way too much the old game used to be better the new update kind of ruined the game and now they’re on that you literally can’t press the X on
