Avoid, bugs will cost you money.

Location is slow to update and this has cost me money going into extra45 minute segments by seconds when I waited for several minutes to be able to return the bike. Support never responds.

Would not allow me to return to a drop zone

Against my better judgment, I decided to try this service out again after receiving an error code after my first time trying to use it. I successfully rented a bike from the State Street train station to get to work. After work, I made the mistake of renting another bike to get from my job to Union Station. I pulled into the drop zone shown on the map at the train station, placed it next to the other 6+ identical lime green bikes, pressed “return” on the app, only to receive a message that I cannot return a bike outside of a drop zone, despite the fact that I was clearly in a drop zone. Upon reviewing the map, it showed that I was in the drop zone, but the bike’s location displayed as being about a block behind me. I spent 10 minutes trying to return this bike so I could catch my train, and eventually managed to get rid of it by walking away from the drop zone and returning it to a random gate by the train station that was nowhere near the drop zone, but registered as being in it. So, the GPS on the bike was inaccurate and ended up making me late for my train.

Please 1 Hour

NEWER REVIEW I am very grateful for the cheap student price of $50 annually. The price is great!!! Thank you!!! I would just like to have at least an hour on the bikes. 15 minutes of the 45 given automatically goes towards riding to and from drop zones. It’s like I never really get to relax because I’m always so time conscious. Bike experience is great overall however. OLDER REVIEW I believe LimeBike has a clear advantage over every other nearby competitor. And the reason is because LikeBike allows its users to drop the bike in any location. There are no drop zones to make commuting a hassle. I tend to notice the uneasy feeling and embarrassment some riders show from riding a public lime green bike. I think that removing drop zones will add a “coolness” to it.

Very convenient

Very continent Serivices. Although I do get the “out of dropping zone” notice for several time when I was in it but other than that everything is good. Please consider add another dropping zone at Yale PWG, 70 Tower Pkwy.

Location updates buggy

10 min to return a bike: try to find a spot in the drop zone where the bike’s GPS knows it’s in the drop zone! Just try! Took me 10 mins, and if I hadn’t use these bikes I wouldn’t have gotten stuck in the rain.
