We built an app that is minimal as your bike, yet powerful enough to make your rides better and safer. Bike Computer was designed to save cyclists’ lives, and with the feedback of hundred cyclists, it became a beautifully designed app that can enrich your cycling experience. We love cycling, and we want to give you an app that will inspire you to enjoy the freedom of cycling to its fullest.

►Enjoy safe rides with our premium feature, now free for 1 year for all users:

We designed Keep me Safe ™ after we almost lost a friend. It is an emergency feature that continuously monitors various sensors on your phone to make sure you will be safe in case of an accident.

If something happens, Keep me Safe™ will notify your emergency contacts with the location of your accident. It filters out false alarms by activating only at speed > 8km/h, and by using a 30-second timer to confirm if the cyclists are safe.

Keep me Safe™ is a premium feature that is now free for 1 year for all users who sign in the first 60 days after downloading Bike Computer. Keep me Safe™ works only when the phone is firmly secured to a bike mount.

►Beautiful and minimalistic design crafted for cyclists:

We are devoted to design the most beautiful, yet practical and advanced cycling app. It has a minimal interface with a focus on metrics that are important to you.

►Follow important metrics:

Bike Computer displays speed, heart rate, temperature, distance, time and elevation.

►Follow your friend’s activity:

Browse your activity history and share your rides with friends, compare rides or invite your friends to join you on a cycling adventure.

►Sync your bike computer with Strava:

You can share your Bike Computer rides with the popular Strava community. Bike Computer allows you to save your ride on your Strava profile or with your cycling club, or share it with friends on Facebook and Twitter.

►Pair your favorite bluetooth device or heart rate monitor:

Bike Computer works with almost all Bluetooth activity tracker and HR monitor.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Upgrades soon?
buck1234

Free and very easy to use. I like the map feature the most. Unfortunately, like other reviewers, I’ve found the accuracy lacking. Ive used it 7 times on streets (commuting) and rail trails so it’s odd to see the speed, mapping and distance be wonky on every single ride. If I need this app to be accurate for a longer ride I’d consider using another app if the don’t upgrade. Also, it requires payment to do anything aside from basic functions so keep your expectations simple.

Potential

This app has a lot of potential to be terrific - it’s simple and intuitive, attractive, but is a demo at best as it’s locked down behind an unusually high subscription that doesn’t seem to support anything other than paying for the app over and over again. Sadly it’s becoming a trend.

Strava sync authorisation issues
tushar310

When you try to login using strava, it goes to strava authorisation webpage but when i click on authorise, it does not register with the app. Other than that. App works great but pls work on strava sync. Has really great interface and no banner ads

Use Strava instead
JonyBBadd

Not accurate at all! Also when I post my results it posts it in metric instead of miles and it doesn’t allow me to change that. I can’t update or review my profile without being prompted to login using either Facebook or Strava first and when I do login (using Strava) it continues to prompt me to login and I am not able to edit or view my profile at all! I’ll be deleting this app which is too bad because I like the GUI!

Would gladly pay if...
AdamTheBillsFan

Dev needs to get Strava login issue sorted out and this would be a 5 Star app, I would gladly pay the subscription fee.

No Strava upload as advertise
Battlefield bugnut

Title says it all. I would gladly purchase this app if the strava upload worked. Which it doesn’t. If you are going to advertise an option on your app, then it should work. Just my opinion. Other than that, the interface, the UI, everything about the app is great. Devs fix the strava issue and you have a 4.5-5 star app for sure.

Highly inaccurate
_buffaloman

It only noted half the distace i biked. Used it once and deleted it

Found a bug and can’t even report it (but there’s a menu item for it)
Jjones320

Sounds like a cool concept. I like the idea of Stava sync too, unfortunately that feature would not work for me. Neither would the bug report feature to report this bug. Haven’t given it much of a chance after these initial issues. I’ll update if necessary.

Sad unnecessary limitations
mirrawill

You must log in with Facebook to use location features. Apple Watch cannot be used as a heart rate monitor. Doesn’t integrate with Apple health.

Simple and easy
dslatcol

I’m definitely a recreational rider twice a week before work, 30-40 miles a week. It does everything I need, speed, distance, average speed, elevation(I’m Colorado based so nice to know). Works great. Just launch app and go. However if you stop for a bit you need to make sure it’s going again. Highly recommend.
