Can’t even get past signing up as it requires you select your country which doesn’t work. Searching for county doesn’t even work.

I used to like this app when I first downloaded it. Survey questions came frequently. You could make more money. But after I found out you could only cash out 5% of your earning a and the questions slowed down I stopped using the app. It also glitches when you are trying to answer questions and cuts out and shuts down.

I enjoyed the app for a few weeks but just when I was close to earning enough to withdraw, the app began crashing every time I click the Dynamic section. Apparently this is a common problem, but it only started when I got close to being able to withdraw. I hope this isn’t intentional to prevent me from withdrawing my money. If this is fixed, I would give this a higher rating.

When I sign in you said at least 2100 points =$21,00 but now when you allow us to redeem the points outside the US, it turn out that we have to reach the minimum of 6000 points to redeem $5, which is one-fourth of $21. It is a cruelty. What you declare is not the same with your action. Please give me an reasonable explanation.

I have been on this app for a while now. I was even there when it was in beta testing. It’s an amazing app & very easy & simple to use. But since the most recent update I can not do any of the team actions & I have people in my “team” getting very upset that it is costing them points. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, & still the team action isn’t working. I have also emailed support about the issue, but their response was about redeeming points & not on what my initial email was about. Please fix! On day two of my team actions not working!

Big Token (with parent company SRAX) is a great idea and it’s fun to watch the points rack up. The key to getting points is to sign up friends under you. Latest version of interface does not have answers to team questions as of this writing. Also I can’t find the Dynamic key in this version. I have had my team answer a question ( all members) and occasionally not receive the points. Sent multiple emails to Big Token and no response at any time. That said, they have a good idea but a very early in the process platform. I have cashed out twice. $10 each time and am close to another $10 to PayPal. Not going to get rich but how many times has another platform paid you anything for your data. Certainly Big Token is a work in progress, the underlying premise of owning your own data fantastic, but the many bumps in the road need to be smoothed out.
