Worst log book I have use, now need to wait for contract to end. No customer service. They blame driver for their stuff not working properly. Incorrect miles ( showed i drive 90,000 per day) called them few times, and 2 months passed, not resolving our issue. Also will post 20 times “drive” or “on duty” for 1 second.

Best elog I’ve used next to keep trucking!!!! As an owner operating in the USA, I’d recommend it. After about 6 months I still really like it

Delt with a lot of eld in my days and I’m here to say , I will not be going anywhere else. BigRoad is the place to be! Two thumbs up!!

I called big road 11/22/21. All I received for help was unplug, restart phone, log out, log in.. a case number, and that’s it. This new update is garbage. Log is not working as of 11/27. And have not heard back from big road.
Best log keeper there is.

This app is too glitchy to risk your livelihood or freedom. Use at your own risk. Just remember, your logs can be used to defend you or against you in the court of law.
It’s an ok app.

Complicated at first always gotta make sure to change status manually. I went from another app to this other app was way easier. But my 1st week into it so just getting broken in
