Decided to give this app a try and was harassed not even a day into being on the app. Reported the person and checked back periodically. They were never banned. I promptly deleted the app because what they said was vile and warranted a ban. Clearly they do not care.

Sometimes the IOS chat messages come in out of order or multiple times. Sometimes one from earlier pops up again.

Ordered the year subscription and had my account deactivated WAY BEFORE it was over! Disgraceful subscriber support! I have evidence as to being disparaged by someone and biggerthieves doesn’t care about me being abused. I will not put up with attacks from ANYONE! Never again will I use this app!

Unless you’ve been a member for a while, new people cannot create new accounts either through the app or website…tried on numerous phones, tablets, pc. Contacting their support also fails to connect. Developer needs to either fix or remove the app from the store

I can honestly say that every real friend in relationship that I have had I have met through BiggerCity while occasionally you might need a casual friend or two on other apps this is typically in my opinion the dating app the eHarmony version :-) I know that a lot of people don’t pay for the app but I have to tell you it’s well worth it to support your community in to ensure that we have one consistent source of communication good information and real people. Very grateful and I hope another 20 years

Update breaks app

some weird stuff about DNS or something all of a sudden, worked fine before updating, wish I kept ignoring the thing that told me to update since now it doesn’t work at all and not a single thing has changed about my network environment within the 30 seconds that I opened the app before updating and then opened it again after.
