Freeze while reshuffling

It's really fun but when it got freeze while reshuffling isn't fun anymore. Please fix!

I loaded the game and every time I hit the icon to play, it just sent me back to my main screen. Too bad! I will just load another app.

Those that say the house wins too often haven't played in the real world much. If you play perfect strategy, the odds are still in favor of the house. Need to be able to double down after split.

Best blackjack app out there! Detailed graphics, life-like atmosphere, many options, and quick hands dealt. Tutorials for a fee. Can play solo or 3 to a table. Several casinos to choose from if you possess a substantial bankroll. But BEWARE, you'll go to play, and most of your chips you've bought and accumulated over time, will just mysteriously disappear from yesterday's bankroll! This has happened several times and good luck contacting anyone who will credit it back... that only happened once after extensive effort. I can understand a tech glitch once, maybe twice, but past that, without any attempt for a resolution or even acknowledgement whatsoever, I conclude as theft. Apparently the honest money they make off us isn't enough. And if you need to update your iOS, do it BEFORE you download Big Win Blackjack, because it will cause the app not to work until you delete it and then reinstall it, and there goes your entire bankroll... again! Over $8000 in accumulated chips, last time they sucked me dry... a great portion of that was purchased by me. Just leave your CC out of this, and walk away when you're out of chips. You'll earn $50 more tomorrow, just for logging in, but the min amount to play a respectable casino is $100-$1000. Then, consider this (which I wrote straight to tech supp): I've known your Big Win Blackjack game has been cheating for quite some time now, as I won't play during the hours I've known it to consistently happen. Then today I was playing and bought Insurance for the Dealer's first card being an Ace... its next card dealt was 'supposedly' NOT a 10, Jack, Queen, nor King, but then the next card dealt to me/next consecutive player was indeed a Jack. That Jack should have been the Dealer's card and would have awarded the Dealer a Blackjack... instead the Dealer takes more of my Bankroll when I purchase Insurance, then lose my own Bid AND my Insurance fee because the Dealer does not Blackjack, and therefore doesn't have to pay me the Insurance settlement. That's like, fraud (cheating for profit) or racketeering (illegal gaming)... Also, much of the time that Points/Chips are earned/accumulated mid-game, they are NOT added to the Bankroll, when Updating Bankroll through the Settings and Info/Chip Leaderboard, NOR during the 24 hour gaining of "50 chips for the day". So I am now reporting you to the Internet Fraud Dept, for rigging your app to gain profit. This practice is still illegal in the US. I only wish I'd have done it much sooner. If I could Review with less than 1 Star, I without doubt, would. Pretty sure most of your Reviews are fake too... they are written with similar tone. Jerks. Thieves, hiding behind the words "free app".
