Every time I play the bank and ticket withdrawal doesn’t open the arrow at the top is there for no reason

These games advertised all kinds of freebies and rewards if you download apps or complete offers but the free tickets are never paid out.
Total waste
I hate you dumb stupid fling
Played for about a year and then all of the sudden there’s an update and lost over hundreds of thousands of tickets I’ve been building up to cash out. This is just a waste of time and the games were only worth playing because you were going to make money in the long run, but now it’s just stupid mini games. Deleting right now.
