Something about this app (particularly the "Skip Workout" button) keeps me motivated to never skip the gym. The workout are around an hour and a half long, with only 4-5 a week, but every muscle in my body hurts after a week of this regimen. Thanks, Steve Cook ??

Sometimes freezes up, but just reload the app and it's good to go. Awesome way to keep track of things on my phone. Have always loved this workout plan, trying to get back in shape and wanting to use this plan to bulk back up. Totally recommend.

This is an awesome app easy to follow and great workout plan I'm on the second week now but I followed it for a few weeks before actually keeping track

The fact that this is free resource is amazing. While supplements and food are definitely an investment, following this program will definitely produce results. Another fantastic thing is that everything is relatively low-cost compared to other programs because it is directed to a college demographic.
