Love Big Fish Games!

gmaw in Largo

I've been a member for a long time & I trust them because whenever I've had a problem, they were right on it. The new version is a bit confusing for me though because I can't find my account. Can't find games I have paid for but haven't picked yet due to surgeries & my husband was diagnosed with cancer. I've been overwhelmed so I've tried to find a phone number & no luck. The games have been great to help the stress. It's easy to get on my phone or my tablet to help pass the time. I highly recommend Big Fish Games but would like to have a membership that allows me to stop paying for a few months now & then when I have more games paid for until I catch up or get maybe 3 or 4 from running out. Thanks, Cheryl Orr. 7274602269

Need to update for IOS 11

Goodcooker5

The classics won't play on the new update such as MahjongTowers and Madame Fate. Please rewrite them. Otherwise it's a great app

Great tool

Rag I

Big Fish has so many titles. This tool helps me find and remember the next game I want to play.

Disappointing

Meleanna1

While the app does what it promises, in that there is a large number of big fish games to investigate for purchase, it has one major fault: a majority of these games pen with a warning that they are not compatible with the upcoming system 11. There seems to be no effort by big fish to update these games, so this app and their inventory are desperately trying to get customers to buy games that will be shortly obsolete. Don't bother.
