This place rips you off. Barely pays big wins and if you buy chips they dont take care of you it’s the opposite. You lose always. It’s very rare that people win big. If you want people to come back that buy chips and keep you in business then let them win. Awful awful awful 11/30/27 Amended.. it’s even worse now.. listen to the people who keep you in business..very greedy and money oriented. This is a game not Vegas .. you do realize that?

The game itself is great, but the company behind the game is horrendous! More concerned about profit than about player enjoyment. News flash: your business model of “rig the heck out of the game and force people to pay” is severely lacking intelligence. Think about that for more than 10 seconds.

I have been a daily player for over three years, but no more. It used to be fun and a great social place but now it’s just constant losses. Save your money and your patience and avoid this app!

I've had this game for several months and the longer I play the more I lose I'm going to 25% winning ratio you spend more time losing all your money then getting it I had 6 million and lost it in five minutes because the Game is crap

Big Fish prides itself on mimicking a real casino except its slots are even tighter. They make it clear that they expect you to buy chips in order to play. Even the VIP players complain about skimpy bonuses & not receiving their bonuses on time. Most everyone I know has deleted the app & moved on. I will be doing the same. There are so many complaints that they posted guidelines to boot you if you complain too often. In the fun scatter rooms, it allows people to spin 1 line and squat making the round take 45 minutes or so to complete & then they get an equal share after the rest of us have lost millions to produce a nice pot for all. Game needs a block button so you don't have to play with those squatters & 1-liners
