Bought a package for 19.99 and it said “right now all packages will be 5.25x!” I fell for it and just got the original amount without the 5.25x multiplied. I tried asking customer service and they responded by saying “you received the correct amount.” Uhhh...no I didn’t. Big time ripoff all the way around.

Don’t play this game. They will bait you. You will win big one time and then they change the algorithm and you will lose all your winnings. Case in point, I won and was up to 21 billion which is one of the biggest wins. I was playing the high roller slots and within a week, I’m down to 2 billion. The winning averages are so low now, its no fun to play when you realize the developers are making it so you lose it all. Don’t waste your time. Actually, I am now down to zero, deleted the app. Will never play again.

Downloaded bought 2 packs and literally not one bonus. Game thinks that if you win they might have to pay you. What a joke. Don’t download it and hope this app goes under.
Fun to play, all types of Casino Games, Not just Slots.

This app is fun to play. It has all types of Casino Games, Not just Slots. Some of the other games are, Texas Hold-em Poker. Video Poker. Roulette. Black Jack. Even Horse Racing. But Slots is by far the big draw to the app. Pros: Lots of game choices. Texas Hold-em offers a wide variety of table limits to join. A huge selection of Slots to play. Fun way to take a break and play for awhile. Joining a Club has a lot of perks. Cons: The higher your bets are, the faster your out of money (chips). If you get on a “Hot Streak” on a Slot machine and increase your bet, your Hot Streak just about instantly ends. And before you know it, you’re broke. If you do join a Club, most Clubs have weekly requirements to meet. Don’t meet requirements for a couple of weeks in a row, you’re kicked out of that Club. So many people feel the pressure of not wanting to get kicked out and start Buying Chips. And you’ll find that it takes very little time to lose all of the chips you just bought. Once you start buying chips, you’re hooked and will spend Hundreds of dollars a month. Bottom line, it’s a great app if you don’t fall into the buying chips trap.

What a waste of time. Free chips that they take back in a matter of a few spins. False advertising. Only reward for slots. I’m pretty sure casinos include more than just slots. Stupid to have played as long as I did.

Pathetic really This game is now officially boring. You lose every single time you play. The odds just keep getting worse. It’s my belief that all the faithful long time players are now gone. All who are left is the addicted gamblers and new players that this company feed off of. All the newer slots are the exact same slot with different graphics. Payouts are horrible in the new slots. The only good part about this game is the social aspect. Just to bad you never have chips to stay in a game long enough to meet anyone. Update 3/27/20: I took 2 month break from this game. Came back and can’t believe the odds actually got worse ?? how do they get away with it? People please stop buying chips. If you don’t buy they will have to make it fair

Super tight slots. Unabashedly tight. I don’t know how they get away with it. I would have written this to them privately, but they make you jump through SO many hoops to contact them, it’s not worth it. In other words , they know they rip you off and they don’t care AND they don’t want to hear about it. Prove me wrong BF!! Collect your daily bonus, spin a couple of losing spins then be done till the next day. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!? You will NEVER and I mean NEVV V ER get ANY satisfaction from customer service. They are not there to help, they are there to tell you NO! They have let their greed get in the way of what is right, ethical and honest. You should be held accountable, BF!!!
