I would give this app 4.5 stars if I could because my notifications don't work and there's always a delay in receiving messages, u always have to refresh the page to see current messages. But otherwise, I really like the app

This app is useless. It keeps asking for my zip code and then tells me my zip code is invalid. I've even used zip codes for towns around me and still get the same thing. I used the location services so it could detect my location and it still says invalid zip code. This app is trash and will remain trash until that issue is fixed. Don't waste your time with this one.

I signed up and paid for a subscription but the app would not allow me to send or view any messages or flirts. I contacted customer service and told them I wanted a refund since it did not work. She said no payment had been applied, yet when I checked my email I saw they had billed me $39.99. Still trying to get the refund but getting the run around. CROOKS!

Do not pay. Not only they took the money now I can't log in at all and when I try the app it says my user name and password is wrong.

The app is better to use than the website, but it leaves something to be desired. I think the chat option should be available in the app. Also, there are too many notifications for each person. I think they should appear in a single conversation with a number like the chat does on the mobile site. I don't have notifications turned on because of the sheer number of notifications I get.
