Don't get this app.All it does is puts bieber hair on pics.And it is a little hard to expand it.I got bored with it after I took one picture.

This was the exact thing I was lookin for: an app that lets me put the Bieber shag on photos. But this app makes it extremely hard for me to move and resize the hair. There's no way for me to zoom in and out of pics, or move around on the pic. If you were like me and just wanted an app to put Bieber hair on pic, this isn't that great…
Doesn't work

You can't move/adjust the size of the hair or zoom in/out on your pic. And no instructions what so ever. Just pay $0.99 for one of the other hair apps!!!
