I get ads in the middle of the bingo game! Ads that cover the bingo. I miss numbers and can't play until the ad is over. What is up with that!?

I purchased a package on Jan 15, 2016. When you buy a package, you're suppose to play 'advertisement FREE'. I still get all the annoying and frequent advertisements.
