Olive Tree Bible App is Fantastic!

I love this application. It takes "reading" the bible to "studying" the bible so easily. I really like the split screen with my knowledge commentary on one side and the bible text on the other. I like that I can make notes on my phone or computer and it syncs to my tablet, very convenient for community group. I can highlight and tag things - and then pull them up by tag. Really a great application, well worth the money.

I use Olive Tree's Bible Study app both for my daily Bible reading and for more intense Bible Study using the commentaries, maps, dictionaries and multiple translations. It's much easier that sitting surrounded by 10 books.

My Favorite iPad Bible App For Study and Reading

Long time user, with a significant library. I love the tools and the features, and with the exception of a couple of update issues a couple years back, this is by far my favorite app. It's easy to use, with tons of usable features and a lot of versions to choose. Really appreciate the multiple reading plans and devotionals available and the ability to highlight and notate.

I have tried several times before and failed to stay with reading programs on my own. This program divides the Bible into 7 genres which provides a varied picture as you proceed and yet shows relationships with the various types of Bible history. I recommend it.

I use this app often. There are many useful resources offered through subscriptions. The split screen feature and resource guide are very handy as they allows you to view multiple versions simultaneously. Some of the app features I enjoy are: Quick access to multiple Bible versions, commentaries, dictionaries, maps, inspirational books with scripture links, and weekly sales on a variety of different resources-all at your fingertips. One of the best features that was added is the low light mode.
Couldn't do without it

This bible program is all I use now. I have owned Bible Works for Windows which does work in the original languages, but I am living without that now to have my bibles on my phone. I own three study bibles which get me through most needs. I've never bought a commentary through Olive Tree. Also, the OSX app is comparable and workable.
