Best Bible

guimhy

This is the best bible app to use everyday. A bilingual person that I am, I can read the two languages simultaneously. The making I do in one language is recorded in the other.

I have been using your app for last five years, I tried every bible app available on apple. And found yours to fit my needs the best. Thank you for providing this service. Miss Oklahoma

Dumb way to list search results

hungry_mutt

One of the main reasons an eBible is used instead of a paper text is because it is infinitely easier to do searches on an eBible. This app makes that confusing by listing search results "by popularity" and not the infinitely more useful and more logical chronological order. Listing search results by popularity really skews the results as scriptures listed first are way more likely to get clicked on than scriptures listed last, creating a weirdly skewed self fulfilling prophecy on what will be clicked on more. But this makes searches way more difficult to understand fully....

One small problem, needs files for each verse so you can make notes with Each verse.

OkWithIt

As you read and scroll down about a third of the way the app begins a new at the top of each chapter. It starts over again at the top. This has been an old problem from other versions of the iPhone.
