Crashes and does NOT load coupons to my card!!! I bought over $600 worth of groceries right before Christmas and the cashier told me about their “new/ updated” app, so I downloaded it. As she rang up items, I started “clipping” coupons for my “wallet”..... WELL..... NONE OF MY DIGITAL COUPONS ACTUALLY SAVED ON CARD!! Therefore, I did NOT receive the anticipated savings when I checked out!! I was NOT HAPPY’n

I don’t know what you was trying to when you updated it but I have to go a hassle to get on it and that’s if you can. I will be doing my shopping Else where.

Says Birthday is optional, but hard to bypass it. Insists on using my landline and won’t permit an alternate number, but landline can not receive texts. I won’t be using the app.

I tried to download your app only to get stuck , I entered my name and birthdate and phone number hit next and your response was “enter your first name and enter your phone number, you have my number because you texted me a number
The update is terrible!

After updating the last “enhancement”, too may things are missing. Take some hints from Publix. Select the store you’re shopping in and give the aisle of the products you are shopping for. At list put them ON a list that can be easily accessed. I’ll give it 2 stars because you can get bonuses and one can see what’s on sale. It’s just too difficult to shop using the app now. Very disappointing!
Needs option to add card to wallet

Need to be able to add card to wallet. This was removed with Plenti and I miss it. I don’t want to have to load the app to scan my card and wallet would be faster than typing it in.
