Spot an area on a map where there are for sale signs on every block and the app reports there are no listings. You have a better chance of finding your dream house on The ESPN app.
Too many issues...
First time House Hunters
CONSTANTLY CRASHES!!!! Can't access my saved homes...can't click on it, why?! Schools aren't listed with EVERY listing, very frustrating! There's more info in the descriptions that you CANT ACCESS! If the listing has NO PICS DONT LIST IT! The ONLY thing nice is that it is up to date.

First, this app just let me write a long review and wouldn't let me post it. So here it is again. Second, you have no flexibility. You can only look at the one city or town and nothing outside of it. Third, after you've looked at a listing and hit the back button, it does not return to the way your screen looked before and you have to zoom in all over. Fourth, it won't display all Listings; you have to keep loading 25 at a time. Then it crashes. Fifth, no flexibility in price range. Zillow is the way to go, which is INCREDIBLY disappointing because Berkshire seems to have very nice properties to view.

App crashes very frequently. Doesn't remember previous search so you have to start over from scratch (area, price range, bedrooms...), sometimes even if you just changed Windows to look at a map for a second. You can not filter out contingent listings and you have to open the listing and scroll down to see if it is active or contingent. Very frustrating to find a "perfect" house only to scroll down and see it is contingent. Finally, I wish there were more search filters, for example basement or garage.

I like the app. It's very helpful and has enough info. Only downfall is that it crashes a lot. Please whom ever is responsible for the app, FIX IT!!!!!! Overall i give it 4 1/2 stars.
