Poor design makes it impossible to order

The (re)designed workflow of this app makes it impossible to order online. Here is how it fails if you were a registered user of the older version - Launch the app: 1. It asks you for your email 2. For an existing account, it wants to send a code (worked just fine in the previous version of this app but now they want to send a code) 3. Once we enter the code, it takes us to the “user profile” and asks to fill out password, name etc. (why? this is an existing account which worked in the previous version) 4. Once we enter all details you click accept T&C checkbox and click Next 5. At which pont it complains the phone number already exists and refuses to go to the next screen. Umm what??!! The whole point of login is to use the exiating account/phone number - it’s not like we have spare phone numbers to enter a different one for a new login account :< Of course the process fails the same way if you try to register as a new user instead of existing account in step2 Since we were registered and ordered using this phone number many times in the past, why can’t their app just import our info from the old DB - or let us edit/update in the new process, or re-register using the same phone number?? Now we cannot login and/or use, and/or re-register our phone number in the app - so we simply stopped eating at B.good The food is OK and a bit pricey - there are a plethora of choices in our neighborhood.

Their food is great! I love the place this review doesn’t reflect their food or customer service. This 2 star rating is to critique the app. I have no clue who their developer is but I have done everything that I know to try to get a verification code to sign up for the app. It’s not working. I have friend my number, my friends number, and deleting app then reinstalling, please fix this. I want to use the app

Double charges on CC

I have been seeing numerous double charges on my credit card. For example I made an order last night for two kids meals. I got charge for them and I went to pick them up. However this morning I received another confirmation that the same order went through. And I was charged on my credit card even though I never initiated the order. How do I look back I saw numerous other charges that looked similar. I am very unhappy about this and very disappointed usually I don’t pay attention to my credit card charges. Please look into the matter and email me back. I am a long-time customer of Bgood and love the food and staff at the restaurant here in Greenwich. And I would like this resolved as soon as possible.
