I have stopped using their services (end of June) but they actually told me to wait 2 months before they can return the money to us. It’s a bad company. The attitude is bad too.Does your company end customer relationships like this?
Not able to update anything yourself in the app or online. No contact information via email or chat to correct errors. How this company is googles go-to for restaurant information is beyondMe. Worst. Company. Ever.
I like the idea of having app for owner. However this app is very limited to what you can do. For example you can't edit your own menu,you can't edit any descriptions for menu item. You can't edit front page massage for greeting or daily special. And you can't edit how you want your fax layout. I was able to do all of these before they took over Chinese ordering.com( not sure). They platform was so much more flexible. You could change thing around however you like.
The company has updated the website which is taking the payment of the credit card then pay the restaurant after half month, who else like to put the money on your pocket for 2weeks? This is funny.
Cant make updates not really good for anything.
Customer service are just awful they are bunch liars. You ask them to do something they would say yes just to get you to get off the phone... what is wrong with these ppl??? If there is problems make sure try to solve it with customer don't expect BeyondMenu to help..
This company, without my permission, set up a website in the name of my restaurant and claimed my business listing on Google making my listing as a duplicate listing which effectively blocked publishing my own listing which I have already verified with Google. It is a mystery how they did it. I am in the process to regain control of my google listing.
