The game was OK. I had no problems in regards to glitches. It did have a Strategy Guide and options relating to the HOS,(or HOPs, which I enjoy). It has a Map, and yes, teleportation is included but.....that's just it. It doesn't let you know if you have any available action. So, as other reviewers stated...there is a lot of running around. On a positive note... I did enjoy having an "assistant pet detective"

I had none of the issues others are complaining about. Loved it. I own 90% of these games and have experienced frustrating glitches that are never fixed but this is not one of them. Good story, mini games etc. when the voice goes out, just log out of the game, close everything else that's opened, go back in the game and it works fine. Only happened twice. Long game despite the short trial and tons of hos after the trial so no worries there. Hope you try it cause it's worth it!just wanted to add there's a strategy guide attached unlike another comment posted.

There is a spot in this game when it becomes harder to tap on anything. One instance is the can opener to feed the cat. I can go no further. Please return my money.

I liked this game, as it was archaeological. The graphics weren't the greatest and the teleport map was very small. The HO scenes were basic lists. You got a choice to play match-3 if you didn't want to do the HO scene. But it was a fun game anyway. It had instantaneous load time between locations. You had a cell phone to list your tasks, access your map, and keep helpful pictures and notes to help you progress through the game. You got to take pictures, find clocks, and had a doggy to help you. There were a lot of interesting and unusual puzzles and mini-games. Inventory was labeled, and it told you what an item was when you received it. Some people were confused as to how to use inventory items. Well, the fun is figuring out different ways to use items. Obviously these are newer players, and they just need to learn! The game was a decent length and it had a bonus adventure. The flow of the game was good, and considering it was ERS, it ran smoother than most of their games, only a few minor glitches. Snooper, there is a big snake in the bonus chapter, and there was also a RAT which you must catch! But it wasn't that bad, I dealt with it, and I really liked this game. Dream Team, you should like this one. It deserves at least 4 stars. BigFish, can you please update Riddles of Fate as it won't load after a certain point? Others had the same problem. At least we have a new Dark Parables to play. I hope it's as gorgeous as the rest! A big shout-out to my fabulous team: Snooper, Nambr, Dracyy, Moonbeam, Hossie, Bunkie (where are you?), and Blueflier. Nambr, you got a new puppy! Is Raven a poodle too? This game was totally not worth it and a waste of my time. Puzzles has terrible instructions,storyline was weak and incomplete. The ending was abrupt and without any suspense. I couldn't believe it when the credits began to roll. Very cheap game, not even a bonus chapter even though the game was extremely short and boring. Overall, LAME! :(

Greetings, Gamers: ? Finishing this game within a couple days of its release, I've procrastinated writing a review. I'd tell y'all why but...I'd be breaking my own procrastinating rule. ?? So, this game isn't the best or worst from ERS. it just is...what it is. True, the archeological aspects are in its favor but the mechanics detract heavily from the positives. The HOS were cluttered so I opted for Match 3 mostly. And the morning and other hide-and-seek objects weren't always that easy to find. No going back to check later with fresh eyes either. When you finished in one area, the game locked you out. Get those objects while you're in the 'hood right then or else. ? The map was tiny, as others stated. It just didn't work for me, layout wise or transport wise. Just no good. I did get a kick out of the woman locked in the upstairs bedroom, hiding from what's-his-name, pounding on the door. A Matter of Time is a good title for this one. If you feel like parting with your $ and time, go for it. Otherwise, there's better games in the genre out there. Just OK, do not buy unless on sale. Story and many puzzles made no commen sense. Difficult to follow and to know what to do with picked up items. Not cohesive at all! Hidden objects worked fine. Sounded good, I tend to buy full versions for later so I do not miss out on sale price. Perhaps I should rethink that!

I guess I am not giving five stars because you all are scaring me!! But so far I love it. There are a lot of pluses over the games I was buying a year or more ago the last time I was buying these things, so maybe they are all like this. Love the cell phone diary. Story is fun so far. LOVE the hints and this is because of such terrible hint features in so many other (older..) games. They bring you to where you want AND show you what to do. Oh, LOVE the many ways you can set the game exactly how you want to interms of time of hints etc. wish I could see what I am writing right now though... Weird glitch. Definitely waiting for my boyfriend to play the rest. This is a fun one. Sure hope I see y'all again to raise the stars to five!
