Crashes Every Time

I love beyond science but their magazine app refuses to show me any content. I download the magazine and once it's ready, I get the loading screen followed by a black screen and finally back to my home screen. I can't read a single article =(

I love Mike and his YouTube content so I was very excited when this app came out. But nothing will load. I cannot get any of the content.

Was really excited about this one, but it crashes every time I try to open or download an issue. Cancelled sub and uninstalled. Please post a fix; I'd be happy to resubscribe.
Great Magazine, Terrible App

I am a big fan of Beyond Science and thus was excited when I heard they were going to make a magazine. The magazine so far has been fun and interesting to read. The app itself however is terrible. It always asks me to restore my purchases, constantly crashes, and takes forever to download the issue I want to read. I can't even read a particular article because the app freezes if I try scrolling down. Please fix this issue

I will subscribe again when the issues with the app are fixed. Can't download the content- if the download begins, rather than get a status bar my screen goes black. Best case scenario it stays black. Worst case, it crashes. In either case there's no content whatsoever. Until this is fixed I'll be checking in to Mike's YouTube channel :)

At first I was able to see the magazines for the first 2 issues. Unclear what happened but all the magazines are blank now. Restoring purchase did not work, updates have not fixed it, paying for nothing for several cycles now.

Hasn't worked once since I downloaded the first issue. I want to unsubscribe but I can only do so within the app. So it's been charging me every month since the second issue(first issue was free) but I cannot unsubscribe or stop the charge. I cannot even open the app. It is just leeching money off of my account every month. What can I possibly do to unsubscribe and halt this unfair charge every month?

It has some bugs but they are super proactive about fixing them if you let them know what's going on. Also has some quality content I'm so impressed with the job you guys have done I will continue to be subscribed! Keep up the good work!
