Great way to get in a quick intense workout. I'm a beginner, and after seven minutes I'm winded. I plan to repeat the seven-minute workout for an extended exercise routine after I build my stamina.
I absolutely loved this 7min workout. I debated doing it because sleeping in sounds so much better, but after just doing this excercise. I'm shaky and winded and I love it! I enjoyed the exercise and I can't wait to do it again tomorrow. This is my first actual workout since my sports injury a year ago and I was a little scared. Start small and work my way up. Loved it.
