Website and App are Garbage

Bevmo runs their website and app from 1998 because it is slow and often times out. I could not give them my money cause of how bad their basic technology services are.

BevMo is a more or less fine store, the app works more or less fine...except the checkout process. My god, this may have the worst checkout process of any app I’ve used in recent memory.
Payment problems / search across store

It took multiple attempts to make my order go through, as the payment gateway kept timing out. Finally it did go through but the payment page was in the tiniest font possible. I also wish it was possible in the app to search for hard to find products across their multiple stores instead of a trial by error method of going store to store to look for certain products.
Inconvenient payment system, poorly implemented search and categorization

There’s no way to autofill payment info with this app. The app doesn’t store payment info if you enter it manually. It doesn’t even store name and address. Finding products based on category is unintuitive and incomplete Better than nothing is the highest praise this app deserves

App is a little quirky. I had to back out of it a few times. At first my address was listed as not deliverable and then time slots were not acceptable. After a few back outs, it took.

How can I not search for a partial word in the product search area. This is a total fail.
Won’t deliver to an address that shows inside their delivery zone.

I used to get deliveries but when I recently placed an order and it said I was outside the delivery zone. It clearly shows my zip code in the zone of delivery. The app offers no contact for support. My only option was to call the store who forwarded me to someone working on the floor. Clearly they can’t offer support for a technical problem. Looking for another merchant or app who actually deliver now. Fix your app or at least provide contact for support. Lame.
Locked out of Discount Field

App is clunky. I have to renter name and address every time despite being logged in. Plus the discount is all gummed up, so I can’t get free delivery. Nevermind.
