I wish the tutorial was better. I don’t really understand the “hit list” and I can’t figure out how to turn my notifications on. But what I do love is how there are spots to type what you’re thankful for, a daily affirmation, and a part where you can reflect on your day so tomorrow you can be a better person. I love the fact that in this habit tracker type thing you can put down about your day in a kind of diary/reflection style.
I downloaded this because I was looking for away to help combat my anxiety and thought gratitude might help; I love this app, and the benefits I’ve seen on my anxiety levels and self-awareness were almost immediate. Pro purchased, because this is my new journal.
This was a waste of time. I entered one day’s worth of information but I cannot access the next day. Deleting app and there better not be any charges for this it.
I like this app for two main reasons. First, it’s super simple; it’s very straightforward and to the point. The hit list element is the most helpful to me, allowing me to stay on track for the day. Secondly, I like how it keeps you thinking positively, a major factor in becoming successful.
There’s nothing in the app that lets you unsubscribe and the comment/questions section is inoperable.
