Since I started therapy and I have been wanting to for years and just have been putting it off but honestly so far it has been very helpful and really nice to be able to talk about things that I haven’t been able to talk about out loud. Okay like highly recommend . It’s so easy everything is through the phone now so why not therapy virtually!

To be fair this is my first session on BetterHelp but it went very well. It was nice to be able to not have to rush to an office. I sat at home on my computer. I recommend this app

What I love about BetterHelp is that my therapist Barry is always available. We do a live session once a week but I can send him a “text” message in the app at any time and he usually responds within a day. He also checks in with me via this messaging. I also love that I can journal every day if I want to and I have the option to share with my therapist.

Years left trauma and years of no one knowing what to do with me. And then I find this one person. I am hopeful and appreciate how amazing the staff is in responding with any issues that has gone on and making them right. Thank you for this app. I also found this app from the commercials. I had to rewind it and show my husband because I said “finally someone understands!” Thank you all.
