Lovely social media community
epicfdgd

It’s like a giant Facebook group except it’s all geared towards discussing The Four Tendencies, self-help in general, and general advice. It’s nice to have a separate app entirely for this subject. One of my favorite apps to check. (Rebel)

Yay!

Finally, this is the positive social app I've been waiting for in my life! I love Gretchen Rubin's work, and it's so nice to have it in app form. For anyone who wants to know himself better and better himself.

So much fun!

I've been a long-time fan of Gretchen's and this app is a wonderful way to meet and connect with so many other fans and listeners. Every day I'm learning more about myself (and those around me) through the topics and conversations in this app. Thank you Gretchen & team!!

Five Gold Stars for Gretchen

As a huge fan of Gretchen Rubin's work, I must try very hard to limit my review to only this app. That being said, if you haven't already, buy her books: The Happiness Project, Happier at Home, and Better than Before. Read them as fast as you can. Then immerse yourself in a community that is actively pursuing the subjects she explains in those books. Actually, join the app first! You'll want to read the books that much more! The Better App is the perfect place to find other people who are in the pursuit of making their lives happier or even just maintaining the happiness they have. This is the most supportive social media group I have ever been a part of. Its all about sharing, supporting, and helping people be accountable to the things they are passionate about. Give it a try! It's what you make of it and what you want to take out of it. Whether you're shy and standing in the sidelines or a really vocal cheerleader, you will be welcomed with open arms! You'll be Happier for it!

Awesome

Great app for people who enjoy and get a lot out of Gretchen's philosophy?

Four Tendencies All The Time!
Mojoman140

This great App gives me a way to talk to like others who love thinking about the Four Tendencies! I love how we are able to interact in the question and answer format and following interesting discussions. I have loved Gretchen’s books and the Happiness Podcast, and now this too! It makes me so happy!

More hype than substance
Literary Fan

I'm probably one on the few blah people when it comes to Gretchen Ruben, but I feel that if she spent less time blowing her own horn and more time delivering substantive information, we'd all be happier. Same goes for this app! Great idea, love the concept, but it falls short in delivery.

Fantastic Community
Ceomi

I am really enjoying the support, correction and source for motivation and ideas from the BETTER community through this app. It's a wonderful resource in ways I had not anticipated.

Practical happiness hacks and habits
UpholderA

Great concept! Love being able to see questions and practical solutions to simply life and support positive habits! Navigation not entirely intuitive but is not a stumbling block. Would like to see this tied into podcast topics for quicker feedback. Still more to explore with Tendancy groups!
