Was fun until it kept resetting

I actually bought the whole game and was enjoying it, but now for some reason my character kept resetting and starting from scratch...every time!! I even sent 2 emails about this and no response. No point playing this game anymore, so much for the RPG element! Don't waste money on this, you'll regret it :(
Great but one main issue

I really like this app, I bought the fallout table after unlocking it for free so I could keep playing it whenever I wanted. The issue though is that the left flipper rarely catches my tapping. I know it's not an issue with my phone as I've tested it extensively. I have to move my thumb around to find a good spot and it slips my mind so I miss a lot of shots that I should've made because a click didn't register. Hopefully this can be fixed!
I was really liking this game

However now every time I go in it drops me back to the start. Like I've never played at all. I was in the ranking of 1000s with like 3000ish gold and now it keeps putting me back to square one. I'm not happy!!!?

I have the Fallout table and I know from the tutorial where to touch for everything but my left flipper fails far too often and kills the game. I enjoy it between schedules every once in a while otherwise. Please fix. I think the other button in the far corner is f'n up the left flipper.

As much as I enjoy Bethesda games, this app heats up my iPhone 6S Plus. This starts as soon as I start the app.

Which is unfortunate, because 99.9% of the time I'm away from wifi. Not sure if it's a bug but I'd like to play it on data.

I read the reviews and they from at least a month ago, a majority of them anyways, and so I thought "Hey, maybe they fixed the glitches." Then I wait for it to download. I open it up and what happens? Oh, just a black screen for a second aaaannnnddd theeennnn I'm back on my home screen. What a waste of time.
Error with zen server

This pinball game started out awesome. Love the idea with the character. But now when I play with friends, each time I finish it says server error. I try to play using my coins and it won't connect to zen server. This totally ruined what would have been a great game.
