Good app but sneaky bonuses, WATCH OUT

I’ve never left a review for any app but I’m so let down by this one, I just had to. I’m a casual sport bettor and signed up for this app with their bonus and have added more money to my account using their crypto bonuses. Bottom line, do not use their bonuses unless you read the offer carefully and don’t expect them to give you a break if you don’t. If you use their bonuses you have to clear something called a “rollover” limit (I had never heard of this term before, I thought it was some progressive betting poll or something). Basically it means the amount of money over your deposit you have to play to be able to withdraw your money. It’s not just that you can’t withdraw your bonus, which makes sense. It’s that you can’t withdraw your own money unless you play 5-10 X what you deposit. I hit up customer support an asked them politely to waive mine just once when I found out about it and I wouldn’t use it again. Any bank or credit card company worth their salt would have seen I’ve been a great customer for them and clearly I wasn’t trying to game their system. If you look at my account, it’s obviously a misunderstanding about this rollover limit. But they were completely unsympathetic to my plight. I’ve basically deposited around $600-800 and I’d have to play $10,000 before getting my money back!!! Shame on them for not giving a great customer a one time break. I’m going to use another service and just play out the money I have there. To be clear, WinatSports uses another company, Bookmaker.eu, to power their wagering. It’s Bookermaker customer service that you have to deal with, not WinatSports.

This app worked great for a couple months but now it will not allow me to log on saying no internet connection! Every other app on my iPhone is connected and working properly! Only this app claims no connection! Check your server!!!!

This app asked for all my info before I could start betting and even offered a bonus for signing up, upon signing though they never sent me the confirmation email needed to start playing. I contacted the customer support vi email and they just never got back to me...... not worth the hassle.
