I Love watching BET, but they don’t have Xfinity and that’s the provider that I am with and they don’t have it so I have it use a 24 hour pass and that not enough for me plz do something about this please and thank you

this app does not like you sign in different accounts. once you sign into one account it with the same provider it automatically keeps that same sign on. i have 2 accounts with same provider and can not sign on to my other account.

I’ve used this app in the past and it did not require my cable provider sign in. Now it asks me to sign in through my cable provider, however it won’t take my email address or password. I found this odd as it tells me wrong email or password yet when I go to my cable providers website everything works. I’m very disappointed as now I can’t watch the shows I enjoy. They need to fix this as I’ve tried for months with no resolve.

I love the BET app and to see that my Tv Provider DISH Network is not on there is heartbreaking because I cannot watch certain shows. I would appreciate if you guys could update the app with my TV network on this app!

I love bet like love but I’m rating it so low because I’m trying to watch my show and have to sign in with my T.V provider and I’m sighing but they ain’t no Comcast so I can’t watch my show only a season and I’m very upset about that so can someone either show me or tell we’re Comcast on the tv provider and if it ain’t there then please add it please!!?? I’ll be better off watching it on demand what a disappointment like ??
