Disappointed over recent use

So, this app is how I originally created my skin for Minecraft. To say the least, I was happy with it and being able to do so. However, the app has recently hit. An unbearable snag. Every time I go to upload a skin to the PC Minecraft, I get stuck in the loading screen for “Upload Skin.” I can access my created skins. I can edit them. I can preview them. But I cannot upload them for whatever reason. If the devs are out there and reading this, please for the love of god, update the app so we can upload our skins again. I’ve wanted to change mine from the previous iteration and cannot because of the snag. Meanwhile, for anyone else reading, do not get this app if you’re planning to use it as your primary source of skin creation until this issue is fixed.

So I was looking for a frog go skin then it stopped working I tried to purchase it over again but it didn’t work?so I’m kinda upset if you could try to fix that in the future that would be nice thank you?
